How do you improve workplace ergonomics while fitting even more people into the same space? This was the challenge facing Rightsize Facility while helping a renewable resources company PLAN, FURNISH and SERVICE a 207-seat office update in true turnkey fashion.
“We upgraded all the benching stations to be sit-stand,” said Trina Dulen, Workplace Solutions Director, Rightsize Facilty. “A lot of product, labor and brains were required to complete this project but we pulled it off!”
As part of the refresh, all private offices were replaced with sit-stand benching configurations. Products utilized included Enwork Studio custom benching, Watson Tonic benching, Via 4U task chairs, Global Solar conference chairs and custom Three H lockers.
The project took 18 months from start to completion and Rightsize handled the space planning, furniture procurement, post-sale project management, drywall painting and electrical and data wiring installation.
The new Chicago office could be the standard for upgrades of the company’s other offices. “The CEO was very complimentary and said this could lead to future partnerships,” Dulen said.
