The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) has partnered with local Member businesses, including office interiors and workspace experts Rightsize Facility, to renovate its office space. The 5,800-square-foot office was converted into an open office environment to enhance teamwork and collaboration and reflect the culture and the new brand of the NACC.

“Our recent office transformation speaks to not only our amazing partnerships with our Members but our dedication to keeping our brand promise by creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovative thinking,” said Nicki Anderson, NACC President/CEO. “Rightsize Facility, Bob Jung Painting & Decorating, Inc., Tangerine Electric and Great Western Flooring are steadfast Members and they too know the value of business partnerships that contribute to a strong business environment. We are fortunate to have such great Members that not only give back to our organization but also to the community.”

The interior layout, planned and furnished courtesy of Rightsize Facility, features cubicle work stations in the central office space with additional fully-enclosed conference rooms for meeting areas. The open workspace environment allows for more natural light throughout the office.

“Rightsize is honored to have partnered with the NACC to provide a workplace that truly embodies its collaborative culture and brand,” said Rightsize Facility President Mason Awtry. “Inspired by the Chamber’s commitment to unifying the business community for widespread prosperity, we worked closely with the NACC team to create a space conducive to knowledge sharing, innovation and advocacy.”
