Objective
This modern office furniture project in Chicago called for more than a fresh look. NinjaTrader wanted a minimalist headquarters that authentically reflects its brand, culture, and values. At the same time, the space needed to support a variety of workstyles. The client sought a balanced environment. In particular, it needed to promote employee wellness, seamless collaboration, focused work, and secure, technology-driven operations.
Design Solution
Rightsize Facility planned the space around a minimalist modern aesthetic. This meant clean lines, intentional layouts, and real architectural character throughout. Height-adjustable workstations support flexibility and ergonomics. Meanwhile, technology-forward meeting spaces enable seamless collaboration across teams. Private phone rooms and enclosed areas provide security and quiet focus. In contrast, open collaboration zones and inviting break areas encourage connection.
