THE STORY
Objective
The client aimed to create a professional yet inviting workspace with a clean, hospitality-inspired aesthetic and neutral-tone finishes. The space needed to balance aesthetics with functionality, incorporating private offices, a break room, ample storage, and a welcoming waiting area with guest seating in the exam and procedure rooms. Additionally, the project had to adhere to a strict move-in timeline immediately following construction.
Design Solution
To meet the client’s vision and functional needs, we executed a highly collaborative design process. A showroom tour and virtual finish meeting allowed the client to refine their design choices efficiently. Our team worked closely with the end user and the commercial real estate project manager to curate a tailored furniture and layout solution that optimized flow and comfort. The design featured neutral, hospitality-inspired finishes that enhanced the professional yet warm atmosphere. Strategic space planning ensured each area—from private offices to the waiting room—was both efficient and welcoming.

The result was a seamless transition into the new space immediately after construction, with a fully functional and aesthetically cohesive environment. The client successfully moved in on time with a workspace that met all functional and design objectives. The final space not only reflected their desired aesthetic but also supported daily operations with well-designed private offices, organized storage, a comfortable break room, and thoughtfully placed guest seating.
