While in the process of a rebranding initiative, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) partnered with Rightsize to refresh the look and layout of its office. The chamber works to promote economic growth and fosters positive change in the region—it currently has an active membership of 1,200 organizations within its local area.

Rightsize Facility (Rightsize), a nationwide office interiors and facility services firm, partnered with Maya Romanoff, the largest manufacturer of handcrafted wallcoverings, to win the Glitz Award – Best Use of Materials in the 12th annual Stitch, a themed party and fashion show presented by the Illinois Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
Open office spaces are becoming increasingly popular for companies across the country, especially as more businesses move to a hybrid workplace model. As workstations shift day to day with different people in the office, having an open floor plan can be beneficial for efficiency and collaboration. At the same time, it also runs the risk of creating interpersonal problems. Close quarters – with no barriers between desks – can lead to noisy distractions and unproductive interruptions for employees. The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) has partnered with local Member businesses, including office interiors and workspace experts Rightsize Facility, to renovate its office space. The 5,800-square-foot office was converted into an open office environment to enhance teamwork and collaboration and reflect the culture and the new brand of the NACC.
Last summer, a technology and telecommunications company opened a new facility to house its customer service and training operations. Rightsize partnered with the company to help PLAN and FURNISH the new construction – which included an open-plan workspace, private offices, communal areas, and conference rooms.
