Professionals in the insurance industry know how worthwhile it is to plan for and invest in the future. When a home and auto insurance company decided it wanted to update its office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, its team reached out to Rightsize Facility to PLAN and FURNISH the space. The goal was to select high-quality, long-lasting furniture that will meet the company’s needs for many years to come.

“This is a client we’ve worked with before, and was originally referred by another happy client,” said David Collier, Workplace Solutions Manager at Rightsize Facility. “For this project, they wanted to upgrade and modernize their 3,000-square-foot office. We helped them find the right layout and furnishings to fit their space and budget.”

Rightsize delivered a BLENDED SOLUTION to outfit the office’s workspace, private offices, and conference room, using a classic, neutral palette to offset the colorful accent walls. The office space featured refurbished Herman Miller Ethospace workstations and Global Vion seating. The chairs were upholstered with custom fabric, selected by the client to match their existing tackboard – which Rightsize had installed on an earlier project.

Rightsize provided spacious L-shaped desks with wall-mounted overhead storage for the private offices utilized by the executive team. The meeting area also received a new Global conference room table.

“Throughout the space planning and furniture selection process, we used the client’s goals to make strategic decisions,” said Collier. “The finished office reflected the fresh, modern look they had in mind.”
