Objective
Create a workplace for Topstep that feels bold, energetic, and anything but corporate. The client wanted a “showstopper” environment that blended a polished hospitality feel with Topstep’s entrepreneurial, eclectic, and sports-centric culture, while supporting the needs of its financial services and technology teams.
Design Solution
Rightsize Facility curated a transitional, modern workplace with a strong hospitality influence, combining furnishings from AIS, OFS, SitOnIt, Grand Rapids Chair, BuzziSpace, Enwork, and pre-owned solutions. Height-adjustable workstations, minimal storage, and a highly modular ideation space provide flexibility while the mix of furniture and settings creates a more layered, residential feel throughout the workplace.
Desired Outcome
Deliver a distinctive workplace that reflects Topstep’s personality while giving employees the flexibility and functionality they need. The finished environment balances high-performance workspaces with comfortable, hospitality-inspired settings and adaptable areas for collaboration and ideation.
