Rightsize is your resource for sustainable workplace solutions. In fact, sustainability lies at the foundation of our business values. From providing environmentally sustainable office furniture to offering facility decommissioning services, we are committed to promoting sustainable work environments and business practices based on sound economics, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
Along with providing sustainable office furniture, at Rightsize we take pride in using best sustainable practices and encourage our clients to take advantage of our green methodology. Fueling more sustainable workplace solutions is not just part of the services we provide, it’s a core value of our company.
Rightsize believes that sustainable development is the basis of our future. Our initiatives, from providing sustainable office furniture to decommissioning offices for our clients, yield meaningful insights to the economic, environmental, and social progress of our organization.
The RIGHTSIZE Way
As part of our responsibility to the environment, we run several initiatives in-house: We encourage our employees to reduce printing in order to save paper, to recycle as much as possible and to reuse the use of natural resources. This is because we know that we have to do our part and every little bit makes a difference. But it doesn’t just stop inside our office.
We believe that by diligently repurposing or recycling used office workstation furniture and technology assets, we can significantly reduce the amount of waste we contribute to landfills. Our eco-friendly decommissioning program strictly adheres to the recycling guidelines published by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
Whether you’re completely overhauling your space or moving into a new one, we are here to help the process go smoothly for you. Our proven decommissioning process includes everything from asset disposition to space restoration — so you are in good hands every step of the journey.
For every project we touch, Rightsize attempts to resell or repurpose all unwanted FF&E assets. And those without resale value are disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations or donated to non-profit organizations. In fact, when we decommission a space, less than 5% of FF&E assets will reach a landfill.
