This characteristic was displayed in recent work with Organizing for Action (OFA), a political non-profit organization. OFA selected RFP as its partner at the beginning of the group’s extensive, yearlong planning process for its new office, allowing our team to optimize the client’s resources, relationships and budget. Collaboration with longstanding partners in real estate, construction and technology led to RFP’s seamless project management – from proposing the desired office locale to adding the finishing touches – and almost everything in between.
In coordination with OFA and our partners, RFP successfully managed the entire interior design and build-out, choosing a blended solution of new, refurbished and pre-owned furnishings, including new Compel workstations and Three-H private offices, along with pre-owned and refurbished seating, lounge, and storage.
The result of working with RFP? Today, OFA enjoys a workspace designed for Action.
Modular Solution for Northwestern Memorial Hospital Group
When the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Group sought to open a new 5,600 square foot office in Lake Forest, IL, it turned to the modular space and storage solutions company Williams Scotsman.
With the goal of creating an ideal workspace environment for this leading healthcare provider, Williams Scotsman teamed up with Rightsize Facility Performance toward fulfilling its clients’ objectives. The two expert design teams collaborated throughout the entire planning and execution process to meet the stringent branding standards and functional requirements for the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Group’s office.
A substantial amount of time was spent on needs assessment, layout design and creating visual presentations for the executive decision makers to ensure that the environment met their expectations. No details were spared in the process, as the design team made recommendations on everything from staff workstations to the furnishings in the patient lounge area to create the optimal environment.
The entire project was managed seamlessly by the Williams Scotsman and Rightsize team, who orchestrated the three month process from beginning to end, with project completion on time and within budget.

Creating the Optimal Workspace
Relocating to a larger office to accommodate its significant growth mode, a manufacturing company for the hospitality industry turned to Rightsize Facility Performance to guide its workspace design process. The client selected Rightsize’s professional design consultation and blended office solutions to create an attractive, calming office environment that is both functional and durable to meet the unique demands of its staff.
To create the optimal workspace solutions, Rightsize considered the functional roles of the workspace areas, including the level of hands-on workmanship, administrative filing and storage needs. Further, Rightsize’s selection of the darker laminate Verde Collection, united with accent wall color, tile, carpeting, wood door finishes, hardware and pre-owned storage solutions resulted in the desired soothing effect within professional, modern surroundings.

A Workspace Designed for Healthy Growth
Foreseeing growing demands for its services in the health care industry, ConnectedHealth had a vision for a new headquarters office to accommodate future growth. The organization’s leaders reached out to Rightsize Facilities Performance team of professionals to plan and create a space that was functional, yet flexible enough to meet future growth needs.
Understanding ConnectedHealth’s vision, the Rightsize team designed space to meet four primary workplace objectives. A Blended Solution of new and pre-owned furnishings created a uniquely innovative and inspirational office environment.
For a workspace that supported focused thinking, Maxon workstations were selected to instill privacy and individual workload. Frequent team collaboration called for casual Hubs designed for meetings and a variety of gatherings, while private training rooms with access to technology were designed in support of ongoing learning. And to facilitate socialization and staff camaraderie, an informal break room and soft seating areas were created.
Further, non-fixed furnishings were strategically placed to make future growth space transitions both simple and easy. ConnectedHealth’s new workspace environment is poised and ready for healthy growth in the years to come.

Optimizing Their Investments
Seeking a larger and more functional office space to keep up with its growth and demand, a national nonprofit equal rights organization turned to Rightsize Facility Performance for guidance in its office relocation project. Following a thorough programming analysis to determine the client’s needs, Rightsize worked closely with the client and the construction firm to ensure a successful transition from the start.
Within three months, the Rightsize design team customized a Blended Solution to meet the non-profit organization’s specific requirements for its new 7,000 square foot office. A well thought out, vibrant new workspace environment was created using a winning combination of new, refurbished and pre-owned furniture and storage solutions.
