SPEC SUITE
We bridge the visual gap between raw space and finished offices by prepping a move-in ready space (1,000 – 5,000 square foot) complete with furniture, IT cabling and commercial flooring. We provide marketing collateral to enhance your pitch and close the deal.
MODEL OFFICE
Unlike the spec suite, the model office is a working prototype and showcases opportunities for tenants to customize the space by selecting finishes including furniture panels, paint and flooring.
