The primary goal was to modernize the workspace to align with Atomatic’s current operations, fostering a productive and collaborative environment that also pays homage to the company’s rich history and values.
Design Solution
The headquarters redesign embraced an industrial modern aesthetic, blending sleek, contemporary elements with nostalgic references to Atomatic’s origins. The design was tailored to meet the specific needs of each department, creating workspaces that enhance productivity, collaboration, and workflow. The layout included collaborative open areas, quiet zones for focused tasks, and flexible common spaces that embody Atomatic’s brand identity and support a variety of activities. designed to reinforce the company’s core values of kindness, empathy, humility, and respect.
