Our People Make The Difference – Christa Karl

Christa helps clients create workplaces that are functional, welcoming, and easy to implement. She enjoys guiding customers through the process from planning to installation, ensuring each project feels organized and seamless. Originally from Shelby Township, Michigan, Christa graduated from Michigan State University. She is a big college sports fan and brings that same team-first mindset into her work every day. Outside of work, Christa stays busy with her three daughters and enjoys cooking, painting, and yoga. Christa is excited to be part of the Rightsize Facility team and looks forward to helping organizations create spaces where people can do their best work.
