The Story: Corporate Office Furniture Built for Bold Chicago Culture
Objective
Topstep wanted a workplace that felt bold, energetic, and anything but corporate. In fact, the client asked for a true “showstopper” environment. To achieve this, Rightsize Facility blended a polished hospitality feel with Topstep’s entrepreneurial, eclectic, sports-centric culture. At the same time, the space still needed to support the practical needs of its financial services and technology teams.
Design Solution
Rightsize Facility curated hospitality-inspired office furniture for this Chicago workplace, combining pieces from AIS, OFS, SitOnIt, Grand Rapids Chair, BuzziSpace, and Enwork. In addition, select pre-owned furnishings helped stretch the budget further. Height-adjustable workstations and minimal storage keep the space flexible. Meanwhile, a highly modular ideation area supports fast-changing team needs. Together, this mix of furniture and settings creates a layered, residential feel throughout the workplace.
Desired Outcome
The goal was a distinctive workplace that reflects Topstep’s personality. At the same time, employees needed real flexibility and functionality day to day. As a result, the finished environment balances high-performance workspaces with comfortable, hospitality-inspired settings. Additionally, adaptable areas throughout the office support collaboration and ideation whenever teams need them.
